Concerns should be raised with either the relevant class teacher, Assistant Headteacher or Learning Mentor. If the issue remains unresolved, the next step is to make a formal complaint using the linked policy. Complaints against school staff (except the Headteacher) should be made in writing or email in the first instance, to the Headteacher. Please mark them as Private and Confidential.
